The whole processing of production copper lamp series are completed finished by the factory's own workshop. For the critical important quality control point: copper parts appearance rust-proof procedure, our factory adopts glaze sealing several cycles ,then baking at 150 degrees high temperature oven for about one hour to ensure the high degree of combination of sealing paint and cooper parts, By the way ,we will use only that core copper parts passed 72 hours strict salt spray test to ensure high performance appearance; Meanwhile, other key point of raw materials IQC, Blackening process\welding point ,our IPQC(InPut Process Quality Control) is also very strictly ,to ensure that the production process and finished light meets CE, UL, SAA, SASO and other certification standards as well as OEM/ODM brand or customer specified standards.
